I’m 52, haven’t played in 5 years and I’m still hoping for a call out of the blue to play for another church league softball team. Why give it up if somebody wants you to play?

I played basketball until I turned 60 and had to give it up for health reasons. There's hardly a day that goes by that I don't miss it.

true, but sadly that doesn't apply to PSU.

Basically, for all teams in the CFP, the deadlines were extended to 5 days after the team's last game.

I also played basketball into my 60s. You can still play if you do not stop. Switched to softball , played the infield for a while but now am a pitcher at 78. Sounds old but can still play competitively.

I'm jealous but unfortunately doctor says I can't run with the replacement parts he gave me.

I did a lot of running in addition to the team sports I played. Lots of casual running, 10Ks, and a few marathons. That might have been a mistake.

Jeremiah Smith has an NIL deal worth $2.8 million, as per On3's data. He holds the #8 spot in the On3 NIL 100 ranking and is ranked #5 in college football NIL rankings. Smith has secured prominent deals with brands such as Red Bull, Lululemon, Battle Sports, Ricart Automotive, The Foundation, and The 1870 Society.

I don't think PSU is able to match that deal and he wouldn't come here anyway given our recent history with WRs.

Maybe there is only so much nil money in the budget for wr position and the $ given to the two transfers cut into $ for Evans and Wallace, and those deep in the room getting nickles and dimes. I mean, ECU? Obviously he didn't grade out well after a couple years in practice

Not a lot of info that came out from either side (PSU or T.A.), so I can't give a definitive answer. There were rumblings that his injury history impacted things, but I don't know how accurate that was.
