Yeah if you feel you need to draw up a play, call the timeout early in the possession instead of with under :10 left. Really only forced Iowa to D up for about 5 seconds, which most teams can do.

NCAA has it right there two separate sports..Men don’t get the ball at half court in college basketball after a timeout, they and they don’t get a extra time out after the 1st half and second half..
