Who did we partner with when we won Natty’s?
According to Google AI:

Nebraska did not partner with a modern branding agency during their national championship runs in the 1990s (1994, 1995, and 1997). The concept of third-party athletic branding companies did not exist in college sports at that time. [1]
During this era, the Cornhuskers relied on:
  • In-House Brand & Licensing: The university managed its own secondary marks, such as the classic "Script Huskers" introduced to complement the iconic 'N'. [1]
  • Official Apparel Partner: Adidas became Nebraska’s primary apparel partner in 1995 (the first college program they sponsored upon re-entering the US market)

Google is dumb, it was Russell Athletic until the end of the 95 season.

Some fans won't be happy unless the red on the uniform comes from drops of blood from all the players and coaches that were part of the team from 94-97.

Exactly like the brand of uniforms make a difference. This argument shows the level of stupidity on this board which is extremely high.

The level of stupidity is extreme for an idi0t who makes a connection that was not part of the original point - stop making s* up. This is about a school whose administration continues to make poor decisions with it's football program. It cannot hire the right coaches, cannot choose the right apparel company, and many more bone-headed decisions. Only a fool would say - "Oh, since they make mistakes in apparel you must be claiming they can't win a title or be good."

The irony of your stupidity comment is rich.

Nebraksa has had the same apparel since the national championship years. The choice of apparel has nothing to do with the current or past 15-20 years of football success on the field.

No one suggested they are linked. You decided to act like a schmuck and superior based on something you fabricated in your own mind.

You literally said in your above post that Nebraskas administration can’t make good decisions on things like Apparel etc. I do agree on the coaching decisions in the past. Matt Rhules gets another year IMO. But to ***** about the apparel and think it anything to do with the product is completely stupid.

Again, the irony of you trying to act intelligent is priceless. You should've stopped after your first sentence above. I absolutely said they cannot make good decisions about things ....like apparel.

Stop. Full stop.

Then you suggested it has anything to do with the football product on the field. Huh? See? You are making something up in your head (connecting apparel to football success on the field) and of course you run with it. The richest part is you then suggest the person making this dumb connection (apparel and football success on the field) must be stupid. Oh, the irony of you pointing the finger at yourself..

(Hint: Rather than beat you up again and again - I will give you the answer. An admin can make dumb decisions that have NOTHING to do with having a good footballl team on the field. The point is there are bad decisions everywhere at NU. They might pick the wrong vending machine in the cafeteria. Only you would jump up and down and say "That has nothing to do with winning titles." Uh, yeah. We know. Pssssst. It's about making bad decisions in general.)

Good grief. Misunderstanding a point is one thing (like you have done) - but then acting like you're the smart kid in the class was too much.

According to Google AI: Only 4 Top 25 teams college branding programs use Adidas, and that includes Kansas and NC State. Boy, that's truly Elite company we are in - KU and NCSU. The other two are Miami and A&M. Woohoo.

Meanwhile, using Nike; Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Teas, Oregon, USC, Penn State
(Every other team we wish we were as good as): Under Armour, Jordan or NOT Adidas.

Our school leaders think like losers - and we wonder why we're stuck. We can't even get this easy switch to happen. I've scratched my head for decades and wondered why our Admin keeps screwing everything up. Not only with football coaches, but the easier decisions like THIS.

Your AI missed a couple, including a little team called Indiana. But yeah, Nike (including Jordan) are FAAAAAAAAARRRR superior. It's not even close.

Out of 64 Power Five schools…

45 are Nike (39) or Jordan (6)
11 are Adidas
7 are Under Armour
1 is New Balance

Yeah, because athletic branding has the same impact on youth culture as it did 30 years ago. Your point shows the level of stupidity of you, which is apparently extremely high.
