Donny ball must go - how do you have Harper trying to steal second base rather than De Le Cruz in overtime? You still have a left hand bat available.
They might make the playoffs in spite of Donny.

FYI, analysis indicates that the typical MLB manager makes a difference of maybe 1 to 4 games per season. Look it up on your favorite AI app if you doubt it.

Over a large sample size, small ball will yield fewer runs and likely fewer wins.

However, a playoff series is a different story.
