I think he was jokiing Iowa will sit out NDI in deference to the Soldiers Salute, because Wisconsin followed what would've been their participation in the SS last year.

Surely they will be there this year then since worlds is almost a month behind the National Duals date.
I thought there was a date change which conflicts with many schools finals.
