Making the decision as late as possible to prevent an appeals process. The ncaa botched this whole thing from the start. 2021 should have never been a free year. 2020 should have been the year that shouldn’t have counted.

Will never understand how the solution to 2020 grads like Pagano and Kolodzik not getting a 4th chance at nationals were told oh well, but guys like Starocci who wasn’t in college in 2020 gets a free 5th year. Made no sense at the time and makes less sense now.

I liked they banged the OK kid for stalling quickly as that was his tactic to get to the end of the match after the first period TD.

That ref definitely wasn't putting up with any passivity. I don't know why they allow it so much in the regular season. It seems every year refs at Nationals are instructed to keep the action moving.

Refs are usually very good in the tournament. For all the grief they get in the regular season, I find myself rarely complaining this weekend
