All I heard was that the hornets were the hottest team in the NBA and no one wanted to play them. The magic are curb stomping them. The Sixers put the Magic in the corner down the stretch and told them to sit and not move.

According to the laws to NBA transitive properties which are never wrong, the Sixers should be in the NBA finals in a couple months.

Buckle up!!! FO…FO…FO…as Darryl Dawkins once said!!!

Sixers do the unthinkable and even the series and look really good doing it. Huge VJ game and Maxey shutting the dumb Boston fans down. Was great to see. Oh yeah….

damn, I had something to do this evening, so I missed the game. But based on Monday's game, I had very little expectation the Sixers would win tonight. A pleasant surprise to read your post!

That last clip was a hate crime. Maxey might get locked up in Boston for that! I jumped off my couch when that happened live. So filthy.

I thought they were gonna pull that one out. Celts made some insanely stupid shots at the end.

pretty much what happened. The Sixers had good D, and the Celtics still made several crucial shots down the stretch. it was a fun game, except for the very end.

@jmorovich -- I NEVER turn off a game involving one of my teams. I don't care how much they are ahead, or how much they are behind (especially in the playoffs) -- I watch the entire game.

Tonight, that maxim was broken. I tried, and kept attempting to convince myself that the Sixers would start to rebound, or the Celtics would start missing 3 pointers, but at some point in the 2nd half I just couldn't take any more.

@Tom McAndrew i hear ya! That Prichard three at the buzzer in the second broke me. I turned it off and never turned it back on. This series (and possibly iteration of these Sixers) is done. We’ll always have game 2!!

The Celtics have zero chance of beating either OKC or San Antonio; Boston just doesn’t get to the free throw line often enough (fewest team free throw attempts in the league). Philadelphia’s already won twice in Boston, win at home and it’ll be anybody’s Game Seven.

Jayson Tatum is ruled out for game 7. This feels like a setup from the basketball Gods to give me hope the Sixers have a shot at winning game 7 in Boston. Something I feel is impossible no matter who is playing for the Celtics in a game 7.

Nice try basketball Gods but NOT TODAY!! You won’t get me today!! This makes me feel even more confident in the Celtics after this cruel cruel setup you laid at me feet! 😂

I SWEAR I wanted to put in there this feels like a game Derrick White would bust out in.

Sixers up 5. With this wild trash lineup Mazoola is putting out there I feel like the celts are simply playing on vibes. If the Sixers settle down and run offense the should pull this out. Watching the people who are guarding Joel is laughable. He should be able to get the Sixers in the bonus or score 10 straight points in the first 6 minutes.
