Former Penn State women’s basketball freshman Viktoria Ranisavljevic transfers to UAB
After just one year in Happy Valley, Viktoria Ranisavljevic is off to a new home.
How are we supposed to react to players transferring? Upset? Happy? Numb is more like it. The team was not go so losing current players doesn't seem like a big loss. New coach is bringing in players that fit the program she wants to have and the transferring players no longer are a fit. The other observation I make is that when many int'l players start committing/showing up it seems to mean the recruiting pipeline for the program is drying up and the team will not perform well. Just an observation over the past years. Then again, I would be interested to see how this trend is nationwide. I need to retire so I can tell work to ef off and I can have more time to look into silly things like this.

I guess it would be wrong to say that these ladies sucked balls, but the record suggests that they weren’t very good. Hopefully, Coach Wright is getting better players. She has street cred that her predecessor lacked, which could help.
