Only a guess, but winning those two games without him and his penchant for taking bad shots. Once he came back, probably had Coach giving him an earful about being a team player. My guess is that like most players these days, he didn’t want to hear it.

I think it’s good that Coach let him go, they weren’t going to do much the rest of the season so it sends a message that it’s his program and he’s going to build it the way he wants.

Usually kids get dismissed for something off the court, possibly even illegal. When do you hear of a coach these days dismissing a kid for a bad attitude? If that was it with clary, maybe it was building for a while and finally came to a head.

If I’m an opposing coach, I’m picking Ace up 94 feet the rest of the season. He’s the only guy we’ve got that can really primarily play the 1, so we need to play him 40 minutes/night the rest of the way, unless we give Mitchell some run again

Tickets were not available/ sold out…yet empty seats in the upper end. Gotta find a way to get the no show tickets into the hands of the folks who would enjoy going to the game and supporting the team

Great comeback win. I am very proud of this team because of the way the multiple pieces have played together. Not many teams with a high quantity of transfers have done better than us.
