Congrats. I heard there were some shenanigans but haven't watched yet. Looks like Spurs carried the play though so I won't complain.
Didn’t see it just saw highlights and the own goal.
Spurs had one of those recently.

Liverpool nearly stole a draw against Spurs. Two red cards. For f*ck’s sake.

Apparently the VAR officials miscommunicated. They forgot exactly what they were supposed to be reviewing and so their “correct call” was interpreted as meaning “yes, the offsides call was correct.” The officials meant to say “yes, the goal counts.”

Previous post rescinded. Now I see why the Spurs had so much possession. Didn't see the two Jota yellow cards, but the first red to Jones was pretty questionable. Broadcaster certainly didn't agree with it.
And the VAR snafu to boot. Looking forward to the rematch at Anfield.

Luton Town 0, Tottenham 1, 73rd minute

Spurs leading despite losing Bissouma to a red card.

Luton Town’s “stadium” looks a bit different than Tottenham’s.

ten hag just can’t seem to avoid controversy. Problems between him and his players are constantly in the media. Playing for him must be hell.
LOL. It’s fun watching you learn about this game. You think he is the problem at MU. Stick to lattes and scones. Most dysfunctional owners around and he is the issue? They took the premier team in the UK and turned them into a tabloid. Manager after manger. Fake sale after fake sale. ETH and Van Gal, and Moyes, and Mureno. Incredible run of managers and nada….but yeah it’s ETH? I don’t think so. Google the names, figure it out.

I’m offended. Who are you to accuse me of learning anything?

ETH is not the problem. The Glazers took the Yankees and turned them into the Brewers while cashing out on the team. United’s problems are squarely on the ownership. They are awful.

ETH is a club first guy. This means you put your career and club over everything. He has won the Dutch league and is no slob. He benched Ronaldo and won in spite of that. Just some context.

Brighton 1, Liverpool 0, 25th minute. It isn’t a fluke. Brighton have looked better and have set the pace. It may be time to switch to Bills-Jaguars.

Arsenal 1-0 Man City, full time!!!! Goal at ‘86. Arsenal desperately needed this.
I did not watch the match and only caught the highlights. Arsenal’s goal was a deflection, caught the defender flush in the face.
