Looking at this kid's short film and stat line makes you wonder why some of the basketball recruiting analysts get paid....Good height and length on a very athletic kid averaging 22 pts last year and 28 pts and 11 boards in 5A basketball in Alabama this year, yet not ranked. It doesn't make any sense.

I suspect he's a poor outside shooter who they hope to develop. I haven't looked into that, but he needs that skill to be a threat at his height.
