Naz Reid climbed all the way to #4. I really like that dude’s game, he’s a beast. Watched LSU-Memphis last night.
Every single mock has RJ/Zion either 1 or 2, this is the first I’ve seen with Zion 1. Cam 3 or 4 in every other mock too.

Eastern Michigan guy at #60...good luck tonight.

Check out the latest mock draft. Zion#1, Barrett#2, Reddish#3, Jones#30.

Oh yeah, idiot Roy Williams has already crushed Nassir Little's draft stock to #15.
How unselfish of Little to want to play for a program that wants to win rather than a program that wants to be a showcase. I guess that idiot doesn’t realize that Duke wants to win also and Duke doesn’t use players for showcasing purposes.

Haven’t really seen him play yet. Might have to check out last nights game against Memphis to watch him.

Naz is something special. Him and bol bol from Oregon can both play on the perimeter as bigs and knock down shots. The difference is, naz is alot bigger, stronger and wider. He is a NBA G.M.s dream stretch big.

However, he's coming off the bench for UNC. I tell you that Roy Williams sure knows how to play those top recruits!

Naz Reid might be the guy who the Celts target with the pick they get from Sac. He'd be an ideal long term replacement for Horford, who this year is starting to show his age a little.

WRT Little at UNC, he played with a ferocious motor in HS. Which is great. But it is hard to improve that. If he has to go that hard to compete with guys like Cam, RJ, and Zion, what happens when those other 3 start playing harder? I always worry about guys with elite motors at the HS level. It can be harder for them to turn it up in college. IF that hs kid with a high motor has a lot of room to grow physically, or can improve his skill a lot, then the high motor is great because the rest of his game will develop and make him much better in college and beyond. Little is more physically mature than Cam or RJ. His skill level is very good for his position. How much better can he really get? He'll be a good wing at the next level. Cam looks like a point forward that can play elite D, and might be on his way to being an elite perimeter shooter. Little has little PG/team running ability. RJ is the prototypical scorer with all the necessary skills save 3pt shooting, and that is coming along nicely. Zion is a beast who has proven he can get into good shape while improving his wing skills.
.
Little, whom I think will climb this boar a little, is a good wing that could be an elite 3 and D type player. But Cam, Zion, and RJ could all be much, much better. Not will be. Could be.

Could you imagine three Duke guys going 1, 2, 3??? Think about that!

Love Cam. LOVE HIM. But for Duke's guys to go 1-3, it will require the third team to need a wing. Zion and RJ are 1-2 in some order, again, depending on team need. But at 3, a team that is desperate for a big, might go in another direction. If there were a top tier PG in this draft class, I could see such a player going 3rd. But there isn't a good PG in the class, so that won't happen. Cam should go top 3, based on what we know now, but some things have to happen for that to occur.

Am I the only that hates the NBA and is not the least bit excited about losing another starting five after only one year of playing at Duke? I love having these guys at Duke but truly miss the days of when they played for the school, not the NBA draft. Just imagine this team if they were to play more than one season. Guess I'm old school.

Nothing we can do about that. Can't blame the kids at all for grabbing the money. What most fans want though is for the kids to "unpack their bags."

I love seeing a future top 2 or 3 pick dive after a loose ball. That tells us he wants to win.

What does tre need to be to leave?

His bro is a "successful" NBA pg. Tyus lacks the athleticism to ever be a star. But he's an NBA rotation guy for the next decade. Tre is a little more athletic and a little bigger. But even so, probably doesn't have "star" ability. But he is an ideal NBA back up PG, capable of running the second team and filling in when the starter goes down or out.
.
The question about Tre was his perimeter shooting, much like Tyus. Like Tyus, Tre is putting to bed those fears. As that happens, some playoff team looking to build depth, or replace exiting depth, will probably like Tre a lot in the late first round.
.
The thing is, coming back probably won't help that much. Tre could go from the mid to late 20s to the early to mid 20s. Late teens is his absolute ceiling, and forgoing a few years of earning millions to barely climb the draft board doesn't make much sense.

Like most on the board I think it would be great if Tre came back for another season and I know this is NOT likely to happen but how awesome would it be if Tre had a mind blowing season that skyrocketed him up the draft boards and he went #4 behind RJ, Zion and Cam. THR and RR would probably simultaneously implode, explode and spontaneously combust all at once.
