We do need to get better at shooting tho. Hopefully Diallo is working hard.

not sure why so negative. If we get Bamba and look at what Hump has become we are locked and loaded. Either Briscoe or Wen will return.

I am generally positive about incoming classes, but this next one just doesn't seem to have "it" to me. There aren't any game changers like Monk or Fox, and hardly any offense. Vanderbilt is not polished at all on offense and Diallo, Green, and SGA have a ways to go too. With all that being said there is a ton of time left for them all to develop and I'm sure they're all hard workers.

I think next year is going to surprise some fans, in a bad way.

UK has no difference maker, no stud and very limited scoring next year.

Plus, all analysts say next year is a really weak class compared to this one.

With nobody of value coming back next year may be rough.

Considering the team is going to be almost entirely freshmen that's not a recipe for success. John Calipari best teams in Kentucky have had some experience to mix in. 2014 tournament run was the Lone exception

Assuming we get Bamba which appears to be likely..........

Bamba, Green, Diallo, SGA, Washington, Vanderbilt, Richards - HELLO!

Defense will be stellar and that's what you need to win. The offense will develop based on skill sets.

In many respects.. Kentucky will be better next year.. In others, not so much.

SEC is better next year.. So more losses.. But also better competition. Teams will have to beat us with outside shooting..

Finally some objectivity. Our defense will be fantastic. Green is Philly kid and Diallo is a NYC kid

seriously kids from those two cities can BALL

UNC has awful recruiting..
UCLA loses its freshman and tons of seniors.

Kentucky has like 4 top25 recruits already, and two others just outside..

We'll get Bamba.. But not Knox.. And that's fine with me.. I think we have too many players at the #3-#5..

Could use one more guard..

Still.. What elite program will be on our level to start the year? Only duke has a chance.. And they need to return a few guys who most think aren't returning..

The major weakness appears to be 3pt shooting...you lose Monk, Willis and replace them with Diallo and PJ Washington/Gabriel....those are two significant drop offs in shooting. And Quade Green isn't likely to be a big upgrade over Fox shooting.

Shooting can improve during the season.
Height cannot be improved
Length cannot be improved
We will have LOTSSSSSSSSSSS of those two with this team.
Major defense next year and better overall balance.
I'm confident. Plus who else is out there who will be as good as us or better ?
Wichita St as they return their entire team if I am not mistaken............that's it.
