2015/ 16 BB Schedule.......Full schedule (my reasonable guess)

Here's my take as of now:

- 18 B1G 10 games (already announced and posted in another thread)
- Tournament at Barclays (2 games) with opening game vs Louisville - as communicated by EJ several months ago - and I'm sure another P5 squad.
- 2 Prelim games for Barclays at RAC against mediocre / sub par schools - presumably not local squads.
- Home vs Monmouth
- Home vs ACC squad (BIG 10 / ACC Tourney and presuming we're home as played at Clemson last year)
- Home vs Seton Hall (rotating sites)
- Home games vs typical local opponents: FDU; St Peters; St Francis etc (presume 4 games)
- Possible game vs Big East squad as Big 10 vs Big East series starts next year - with 8 Big 10 teams playing annually - so we have a 50% chance.

So that's approx. 29 games - with 1-2 remaining slots vs other smaller schools I'm sure as OOC schedule will include ACC squad; Louisville; another P5 opponent from Barclays Tourney; Seton Hall and possible BE squad in inaugural series.

Thoughts?

Hadn't heard about Louisville. Hope we keep under a 40 point spread.

I would make the OOC schedule marshmallow soft next year. Try to get as many winnable games as possible. Not worried about our RPI.

Maybe we should play paycheck road games to help pay for facilities.

In my opinion:
If we did, most of the extra funds made would be used for cutting down the subsidies rather than upgrading any part of
the RU MBB program.
Barchi's main concern is eliminating the subsidies going to the Athletic Department and making Athletics self sufficient
or as close to it as possible.

we should play NJIT instead of St peters or FDU. They are a public University in NJ like Rutgers. the others are privates. They probably would agree to a 3 and 1 home / away series too. With Rutgers being a bad program the RPI really doesn't matter as much as wins / confidence. NJIT has also improved over the past few years and may get into a conference soon.
