1) It sucks very bad to lose tonight. It's a bad feeling to know we were close but won't be in the playoff. However, I'm very proud of the dogs. Great season and I'm very optimistic about the future.

2) why the hate from OM toward Dak? He's not a trash talker and is a very likable guy. I just don't understand the hate.

I can understand that but Bo has given people legitimate reasons to not like him. Like talking **** on the sideline and leaving games early. I don't think you can say that about dak.

As others have said, it's because he plays for State. I've seen some MSU fans who hate DT Shackleford who in my experience is one of the best damn guys there is, regardless of team affiliation.

I don't know any Ole Miss grads who have any ill will towards Dak. None of them wanted him to win the Heisman, but none of them wanted him to break his leg, either.

I'm a Reb and I have great respect for Dak. He's a helluva player.

I didn't want him to win the Heisman, because I didn't want State to get all the hype that comes with that. Other than that, I hope the kid makes $20 million in the NFL. He seems like a great guy.

The two people I know who hate Dak the most are actual graduates of OM. But they are from Pearl, so you know the type.

Just one example that jumped out at me last night. But I've had a number mention things to me, like when the commentators spend a few seconds talking about his number and his injuries. Some people just can't get over their fandom.
