So...does anybody STILL want to argue that this wasn't the "wrong" call? Give me a break. ****ing awful!!!

I actually thought that after the NU player let go of his mask our guy responded by going to his mask. The typical second guy always gets caught thing.

Handfull of plays made the difference this game. Baily drop was a big one as it lead to the returned punt. Surprising about the refs, they made calls that made a big difference in this one.

So to my question then, was the Hester call on the same drive as the one allowed to continue by the poor hands to the face decision?

We keep making the same mistakes with penalties like "hands to the face" and not executing on special teams with punt returns.

The good news is that we were in all three games and should have won at least two games....hopefully we can learn how to win games.

I believe so as there were, according to Ash in his presser today, (3) 3rd down penalties that extended that TD drive.

That is exactly what happened. I watched the play and replay and the Nebraska lineman first had his hand in thee face but when our player did it he was caught. Typical the first guy gets away with it and the second guy gets caught.
