Pete Nance is back. If the team can put up the defensive effort they did against Purdue I think the Cats have a chance.

We are a B1G bottom team that still has plenty of mismatches on offense. Immaturity and coaching to blame for an offense passing the ball around the permitir, playing 1 on 1 and jacking up bad shots.

We can’t ride the “cold hand” excuse forever. We scored 42 against Purdue. The offensive flow and decision making is atrocious. The shots are contested. Kind of hard to not be ice cold

Neither Nance or Kopp have any type of move to the basket they'll never be great players until they develop that

We just don't have good players compared to a program like Michigan State. Miller Kopp provides nothing if he can't make wide open 3's. No one can finish at the rim. Just awful basketball.

Seem to be passing up layup ops for threes.

Also, Winston seems to just be throwing up random garbage but it all goes in, crazy.

I'm done with Kopp. He is just not adding anything. Hopefully Berry can come in and take that spot.

I kind of love that nobody cares to start a 2H thread. Limited roster at this point, no recognizable offense running but I think the freshman guys this year are pretty decent. 2021-22 could be a pretty good year.

Two things to belatedly add to your comment, as I am not seeing it until post-game. The broadcasters mentioned Kopp has been ill and may not be all the way back from that. And, in his presser Izzo said he REALLY likes Kopp. Hmmm… TheC? ... Izzo. Izzo? … TheC. Tough call. I’ll have to sleep on that.

Take anything Izzo says with a grain of salt. He is a class act and goes out of his way to find something positive to say about anyone MSU plays. Pure "good guy" coach speak.
