How is Buffalo's QB a better punter than Nebraska has on the roster?

If we would have had a returner back there that would have been VERY returnable. Low kick down the center of the field was tailor made to return. It's kind of tough to drop someone back though when you have a passing QB in the game on 4th down. No doubt he probably had the option to pass it there if we did drop a guy.
