I learned to tackle better than our players in middle school. If they haven't learned by now, they never will.
If I was a coach and a D-1 player came to and said, "I need you to teach me how to tackle..." Cut instantly.
I’m in no way sticking up for Chinless. But if these kids don’t know how to tackle before they get to the college level we need to find their high school coaches and punch them in the jawbone!
Chin is responsible for his unit, just like everyone in any dam management position has been in the history of work. People on this board who think Chin isn’t responsible for the poor *** play are idiots

If we could get a coach to just give them swagger and attitude it would be a welcome addition. One that can bring some recruiters. I don’t see how we can recruit for our defense with our current play and staff for the long haul. We have an “offensive” identity with Frost
But we're down by 10 and there's only 2+ quarters left! We must empty the backfield and throw on every down!

Yes but individuals need to take responsibility for their actions... just like anyone ever... we are pointing out the same issues for the same group of juniors and seniors that we have pointed out for years... this isn’t a coach problem, this is an individual problem... yes managers take the initial fall in the public eye to shield their people... but behind closed doors they better be held accountable for their crappy *** tackling
