Until we start recruiting at Ohio State's level, we won't compete with them on the field. We don't have a superior coaching staff to make up the talent deficit. We need to start landing Top 10 recruiting classes.

He's an absolute mess, at some point they need to put somebody in that doesn't **** all over themselves every 2 seconds.

That's all that is required at this point and they can work up from that.
