Is the format still set up that you gotta make it to district championship game to go regional ?

No. district tournaments will not mean a thing. Post season play begins on the regional level using (in Region A at least) I believe the same rating system that was previously used to seed conference tournaments the last 4 years. 12 teams qualify with top 4 seeds earning byes. Regional champion and runners-up advance to state,

Ok THANKS...so the regional tournament still held in Cumberland well the final four for Region A

No. Cumberland is not in region A. You gotta get last year's stuff out of your mind! The games are to be played at the highest seed unless there is a change of heart and they play the finals at Lancaster. Doubt it though
