I paid my 19.99 to renew my subscription only to be told I must pay an additional $39 to read any stories...as i do not have access to premium content. Anyone have a phone number to to call and cancel whatever I purchased?

I believe all subscription issues are handled via e-mail.

I sent a message to the BWI guys, and asked them to look into your situation and get back to you. As it's Sunday evening, you may not hear from them until Monday.

AKB.....just an FYI....I emailed the On3 email with my predicament and received response and solution remarkably fast! I recommend utilizing their services whenever needed. This type of customer service is rare today....congratulations to On3!!
