Put blame on the PAC 12 and the tournament selection committee.

Problem is that these Power Conferences control 90% of the NCAA.
Plus the NCAA doesn't want teams like Belmont in there because they aren't bringing an auidence.

If the PAC 12 didn't lose all those games in December they would have gotten 5-6 in.

Those spots aren't going to the OVC, WCC or any of the other mid majors .
