Man you get envious haha.

I asked two questions. You didn’t answer either, then go to prying on my access. Just answer the questions above in the spirit of discussion.
I saw 1 question mark 🤷 so I said they trained thru ?
Close sure it was OT. I wouldn't hang my head on 1 close match but you do you . Ronnie is probably a 2-2 type at guy at NCAA is my opinion

You also told us OSU was in trouble for RTC violations regarding Jax. You win some and you lose some right?
And UsaW changed that rule Sept 1 it's now in wrestling circles called the David rules 🤷. They wouldn't call other RTCs back who were trying to get clarification so they could also have athletes outside of 250 miles in. It's over now and everyone can do it not just Oklahoma st

I asked if you, with your access knew about the prior weeks training directives?

Then I asked about Ayala and how well he Wrestled a finalist.

He has two top 50 wins and two top 20 losses. So 2-2 is fair for you to think. Myself, I think he can perform better than 2-2.

I’ve already explained the situation. It was sent through the correct process to be completely legal and nothing was done wrong including permission, in writing from the most appropriate positions.

The Cael rule was a very damaging rule to most Programs outside of 250 miles from State College, but it was the rule.

They changed it on Sept. 1? Is that published anywhere?

They definitely hit a good training phase after NDI you gotta pick spots in the year that you train thru.

That situation is over . I didn't bring it up . It's just a joke now but not everyone laughs at it. Ask Lee C what he thinks 😂

I’d like to understand the process better. I know they got pushed pretty hard with S/C, and the recovery is important to Staff…so I’m not sure how they do that?

The will-he-or-wont-he with Jax has overshadowed Tagen's potential return. Has anyone heard how he is looking or when we expect him back? January was the last thing I heard.

With 149 looking as soft as it is, Tagen could come in and score a bunch of points for us if he wrestles to his potential.

Apparently he’s making the trip to Nebraska so he must be nearing his return.

He’s in Lincoln, so it’s likely getting close.

Is the Southern Scuffle before the 2nd semester officially begins? Just wondering if Jax could enter and if so how?

I believe 2nd semester “starts” the day after the last day of the semester at a school. Not sure how it’d work for a school like Stanford that does quarters instead of semesters

Go with Ronnie and Tagen. Ronnie might struggle against Elite guys since 133 is stacked. But he will give us more point opportunities than Richie.
Same with Jamieson. Tagen might struggle against top 1-4 guys at 149, but still better option than Casey.
I like Ronnie and Casey. True, Ronnie will lose a few but he is a solid starter at 133, maybe AA by the end of the year. (Jax would be better so I am torn). Casey will find his groove. I feel pretty confident about him.

Doc - love your optimism but how??? What are you seeing that I am not? Based on what? They are a combined 12-8. And they're going to All-American?

Ronnie is an undersized true freshman. Casey has been around for awhile and has finished 7th, once.

I’m no Pollyanna but Casey just had a top 5 win. Ronnie has shown he is capable of big wins himself. Never said they were our answer to a championship team this year, but I’m not sure there is an answer. I hope the team rounds into form by March. The question to answer is do we pull Jax into this lineup this year or let him wait until next year?

Casey has had one year, injury free at a weight that was a tough cut and AA’d.

What many see is an acclimation to a change in mindset for several guys. Dominate is the deal, not win.

I know it sounds weird, but it’s much different.

If Jax did compete this year and won a national championship, would he be the first 'high school senior' to do so?
