Rutgers punt returner seems averse to
returning punts. He’s letting them all roll right by him.

What an idiot that GT RB is. Rather than try to get the extra yard by putting his head down he goes OOB and puts them at 3rd and 1 and they didn’t get it next play.

He won’t be reason GT loses if Miami comes back and wins, but boy he sure at least gave Miami a chance with too much time.

agreed. He seemed to show absolutely no situational awareness on that play.
