Once he is a runner as soon as he crosses the goal line plane as a runner with possession of the ball which the replay showed that he did have the ball pinned to his chest ,the play is over. It is a TD. That is why it was upheld. With all due respect to Klatt and that so called rules expert they had it wrong.That should have been a touchback. Glad it’s not, but that was obvious.
