1 is out of the picture imo, I think Duke by years end will get one of them. Personally I wouldn't mind if we dropped an early game in the tourney and let the seed fall where it does and get the guys some rest and heal a little more. You have to beat the best to be the best, rollem out and lets go.
#1 would've been great but if they can scratch out a 2, I still love the Cats chances this year.
I think it did, but I think if we win out and win the SEC Tournament we will be a 1 seed, imo.
UK would have to head into the NCAAS on 5 gm win streak and thus at 28-6 would have to hope for a few teams bowing out early in their conference tourneys to garner the last 1 seed.
Winning today would have tied us for first in SEC and would have been a virtual lock for 1 seed in NCAA tourney.
With the loss we likely stay a 2 seed for NCAA tourney and have a chance to fall as far as a 4 seed in SEC tourney.

Don't know about Auburn, but Perdue won't even be in the 68 team selection.
Still a lot of games to be played. Looks like Gonzaga and Arizona are locks. Kansas still has 4 games left versus tournament teams. Baylor has to win tonight to stay in the conversation. Losing by 2 @Ark isn't going to drop UK. Purdue can erase today's loss with a win @ Wisconsin this week. Duke will win out but plays nobody. Tech will win out if they finish off TCU right now. If KU beats Baylor then loses 2 of their last 3, Tech could be the top Big12 team.

Probably out of the running for a 1 seed, but let's be real .We had a shot at winning today at best, how many really thought we could win down there? If we go 4-0 in the
last 2 games of the season and win the first 2 in the SECT we will be in good shape.
Duke will get a 1 seed no matter what, so will the Zags the other 2 are still up for grabs. KU,AU and AZ are likely to drop at least one more game. We didn't play our A game(or even our B game )today and had a shot with a minute to go.
Take care of business from here and we are a 2 at worst.

UK per Lunardi is still 6 on the seed line. Baylor is 5. Baylor is going to lose to KU tonight. 7 Purdue lost. 9 Texas Tech lost. 10 Villanova lost. UK still very much in the running for the last #1 seed. It will be Duke, Auburn or UK for the final #1 I believe. UK with plenty of opportunities left with Florida, potentially UT, Arkansas or Auburn in SEC tourney.
I'm so confused why people think Duke is in this conversation as much as they do.
Duke's resume isn't nearly as strong as the other teams on the 2 and 1 line. There's 3 seeds with more impressive resumes.

No way a 4 seed in the sec gets a 1 seed.
You have been around a long time, you know why. It's Duke, it's K's last year(thank god) Duke has to do very little for them to get a 1 seed. The ACC is as weak as it has been in years.
Dook beating up on a down ACC and jumping everyone but the Zags would be typical. Back when the ACC was tough, they got the benefit of the doubt as well. It is what it is and I fully expect them to start the dance in Greenville, SC.
I don't subscribe to this theory that the committee has some love affair with Duke. I don't see them getting a 1 seed.

Duke hasn’t played a ranked team since 11/26.

Duke is definitely 1 seed good though. They are really good right now . And the most talented team in the country
