The part I am curious about is more how that applies to Nebraska and what Rhule wants to be their recruiting footprint

I am curious how Rhule has diagnosed what the recruiting situation is, and how he plans to attack it.

Make no mistake, he is going to attack it. I haven listened to a lot of press conferences of Rhule, and its his way -- take what other people consider an issue, and attack it and be better at it.
