Great information. My wife and I are longtime PK visitors (Indigo and LaPlaya) mostly and just hired a realtor and started looking to purchase in OB or PK. I’m a really heavy lean to PK and am just focusing in on certain complexes so that we are ready next year when inventory goes up and prices (hopefully) come down. We are good w rent restricted. We just want to rent to close family and friends for nominal amount to offset HOA dues. I’m really focused on Indigo, LaPlaya, The Palms, Windemere and Mirabella. Any thoughts on those or something else I should be considering? Again, thanks! Hail State!!
