Whoever called the two passes when they were first and goal from the three with 1:38 left should be unemployed by now.
You have the best RB1 in the NFL and you pass. Trickeration I say!

It was a sloppy game against the worst team in the NFL.

This is a no win situation. If you are a Chiefs or Chargers fan, or if the Hawks were playing, you would be mad if they kept showing the other game, and it cut into your teams game.

This happens repeatedly with Hawk basketball games. The early game runs long and the Hawk game is joined ā€œin progressā€. (Sometimes it can be shown on another channel until the first game is over, but not always, and definitely not on network TV.)

I have an 11 year old Xbox that has never gotten a virus, and if it does, oh well.

That was a first, so I'm assuming either the NFL has caught flack about not cutting to the late afternoon games.......or it's just more of the NFL sucking off the Chiefs.
It has nothing to do with this ongoing (and crap) narrative that the Chiefs get preferable treatment. The league has a policy to switch programming for local affiliates when their teams come on.

You guys, I'm sure the station has a contract with them. This isn't a big deal.

Yes, they do. Basically the Chiefs are now getting the same treatment and conspiracy complaints that used to be reserved for the Cowboys, and Pats. They started winning so much that people made them the villian.

Which is the difference between NCAA or conference and network agreements and the NFL and network agreements.

Watch a lot of football and besides the Heidi game don't ever remember anytime that they just stop broadcasting one game for the start of another. I know I get pissed off when my team starts play and I have to wait on a game to finish before I can watch.
