"Due to contractual obligations" KCCI leaves the Steelers and Bucs in OT for the start of the Chargers/Chiefs game

[Hawksfor3]

Don't you just love that?

[Max Rebo]

At least it wasn’t for “Heidi.”

[Hawkfan_08*]

Made a good choice.

That was a first, so I'm assuming either the NFL has caught flack about not cutting to the late afternoon games.......or it's just more of the NFL sucking off the Chiefs.

[Grayhair1981]

Whoever called the two passes when they were first and goal from the three with 1:38 left should be unemployed by now.

It's always been that way. The local team gets priority on its local affiliate.

[Iron Doc]

idiocy

[herkhatescy2]

That's when I turned it. Cause **** the Chiefs.

[FanInBlack]

the NFL cant F up even when they F up. Cash cow.

[Hawkfan_08*]

You guys, I'm sure the station has a contract with them. This isn't a big deal.

OP...some people just wanna piss and moan about anything.

[Nvhwk]

Why can’t the networks go to a split screen and show both games instead of pissing people off?

McCarthy was hot dog **** all afternoon with his play calling and clock management

You have the best RB1 in the NFL and you pass. Trickeration I say!

It was a sloppy game against the worst team in the NFL.

"Contractual obligations"...............

There have been ways to watch any game you want for some time now.

The computer aids way or the way that costs money?.............

[83Hawk]

This is a no win situation. If you are a Chiefs or Chargers fan, or if the Hawks were playing, you would be mad if they kept showing the other game, and it cut into your teams game.

This happens repeatedly with Hawk basketball games. The early game runs long and the Hawk game is joined “in progress”. (Sometimes it can be shown on another channel until the first game is over, but not always, and definitely not on network TV.)

I have an 11 year old Xbox that has never gotten a virus, and if it does, oh well.
