That is the risk you take as a business owner who takes sides in a local rivalry. I had a guy show up a few years ago at my office and asked about roofing for our factories, which we were in the process of bidding at the time. The guy handed me his business card and prominently on the front of the card he advertised that he was a NIL supporter for Ole Miss. I told him that I am not doing business with a company that solely donates to Ole Miss.
It's a monumentally stupid idea to advertise your fan allegiance as a business. Strange Brew is 100% going to lose money because that dummy wanted to talk some smack on the internet from his business account...get a burner account if you just have to talk smack to strangers. I also get frustrated when the preacher brings it up jokingly on Sunday...no need to introduce anything that can at the same time be divisive and completely irrelevant when you are standing behind a pulpit.

I don't think that is the real Brent Schaeffer...or maybe it is, but SB pissed a lot of OM fans off with this one. Oxford residents went through hell in that storm.
I have a feeling the StrangeBrew in Tupelo is about to take a major hit with 7Brew opening next door.
It is pretty damned callous. I'm sure we've all said some really dumb things as a part of this rivalry but Shane is just dumber than most and advertises it as part of his business model.
Mad at Strange Brew but not mad at their ultra legacy generational talent QB somehow seems a bit misdirected to me

He has the IQ of a chicken nugget....im not surprised he doesnt get it...ive never set foot in StrangeBrew and have known Shane for years......just not a coffee drinker....but to offset any losses from the village idiots, Ill take my corporate Amex and start spending some money with him....
