That is the risk you take as a business owner who takes sides in a local rivalry. I had a guy show up a few years ago at my office and asked about roofing for our factories, which we were in the process of bidding at the time. The guy handed me his business card and prominently on the front of the card he advertised that he was a NIL supporter for Ole Miss. I told him that I am not doing business with a company that solely donates to Ole Miss.

It's a monumentally stupid idea to advertise your fan allegiance as a business. Strange Brew is 100% going to lose money because that dummy wanted to talk some smack on the internet from his business account...get a burner account if you just have to talk smack to strangers. I also get frustrated when the preacher brings it up jokingly on Sunday...no need to introduce anything that can at the same time be divisive and completely irrelevant when you are standing behind a pulpit.

I had one in Alabama talk down to me when Danny Shorts lost to South AL. I mean, truly like that 'Alabama' man, I'm better than you kinda talk.

So I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you are also in your feelings and boycotting strange brew.

They survived and thrived despite the last ole miss fan boycott and they'll survive this one too. Yall ain't as big a deal as you think you are.

have you guys ever met Brent Schaffer? He has the IQ of a chicken nugget....im not surprised he doesnt get it...ive never set foot in StrangeBrew and have known Shane for years......just not a coffee drinker....but to offset any losses from the village idiots, Ill take my corporate Amex and start spending some money with him....
