It's the Wild West out there. And there's no way the NCAA has enough sheriffs to round up all the offenders.
I mean I’d ask for a refund. Granted I haven’t watched any of a&m stuff but our game. Kid seems to have a tough time throwing.
I have zero confidence that the NCAA will be able to enforce any punishment even if find violations. If they try, the school will just hire a fleet of lawyers to get a court order overturning it.

Shocked! Truly shocked. I can’t imagine schools, those bastions of learning and truth, cheating in sports.
I don't know how it works with universities but listing salary as equipment is about one of the biggest accounting no nos there is. It's called overstating your assets.

It's probably what they deserve after letting UNCheat BB slide for decades of extensive cheating in all areas. The NCAA's unequal enforcement over the years established that they are not responsible enough to have that enforcement authority and has created this chaotic period which does not yet have a clear answer how to deal with going forward.
Who’s going to enforce anything? All the NCAA can do is put a program in timeout.

I’m shocked! You mean to tell me the programs spending 40m a year are having to find illegal ways to pay their guys? All are playoff style teams? I bet a judge in their township will end this nonsense quickly! Can’t have the hometown team in trouble.

The ESPN article indicated that these investigation could result in ineligible player rulings. At the very least, the official win/loss for the season could be struck from the records. I don't know what other penalties might result from ineligible player determinations.
The Carolina Way reares it ugly head again. That institution has to be one of the slimiest programs around. ****** will get on this immediately and their players will be dealt with severely!! S k a n k y
