Not sure how much blame I should lay at his feet.

What's your emoji's opinion?

More like Matt Rogers. Leading his team on a last minute, game winning TD drive against Michigan.

I'll take that as a Nay.
I'll check back with you at the end of the season. Though I think the Kirk-effect has taken hold of Hank before the half-way point of the season. That's gotta be a new record.

Nah. Hank isn't afraid of contact. I will say today was the first time he looked truly rattled by the pressure from an opposing defense, so hopefully that doesn't become PTSD for him.

If that doesn't remain a thing, then no he's not the next Spencer Petras.

Hank can make a play with his feet. Petras had a much better arm. Petras would have been a lot better under TL with the receivers they have now. He was a square peg they tried to fit in a round hole.

Petras 2.0…need to go to the portal for next season. The more concerning thing is the run game.

Petras was possibly the least athletic QB I have seen at that level of football. Hank is a much better option.

Deacon Hill, Cade and Spencer Petras also had to deal with Brian Ferentz. Hank is better than all of them but I’d take every starter that has taken significant snaps, as the named starter going into a season, in Kirk’s tenure over Hank (except for maybe Jake Christensen).

I think that the O-line is a major factor. An average QB with a great line will succeed. A mediocre line needs a special type of QB to have some success. Friday night is coming fast. We will have to see what happens.

He's definitely more mobile than Petras, but he runs much softer than Granowski.

I think Ohio State is good, and you can't give up on him just yet.

That last michigan drive….last pass was perfect but drive he had two of the luckiest completions of the year. Id like to see what the other guy has ….seems to be more mobile and that can only help.
