This isn’t Lacrosse. Things are a lot more complex in football because of scholarships, NIL, selling tickets, TV ratings, etc. Lacrosse doesn’t have to deal with these things. Hell, the Lacrosse coach is a volunteer.
Glad to hear
Brian Brecht isn't getting paid
. Brecht has led the program to 114 wins and made two NCAA Tournaments, making back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances in 2021 and 2022, and is a two-time Big Ten Coach of the Year. Brecht has led RU to three NCAA Tournament victories, including a Final Four appearance in 2022 and an NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals berth in 2021.
Also glad you pointed out the RU Women's Lacrosse HC is a volunteer position
Melissa Lehmanfinished her seventh year as head coach of Rutgers women's lacrosse in 2026. In just seven seasons, Lehman has led the Scarlet Knights to three NCAA Tournament appearances after RU qualified for just one in its previous 43 years as a varsity program. Under Lehman's guidance, Rutgers has produced 21 All-Big Ten selections, 15 All-Region picks and has landed 13 student-athletes on All-America lists.
Since 2021, Lehman has coached the Scarlet Knights to 21 victories over ranked foes, including the program's highest-ranked win in school history when it downed No. 4 Northwestern, 13-5, in the semifinal of the 2022 Big Ten Tournament. Lehman has helped the program to seven postseason wins (four Big Ten, three NCAA) since her arrival 'On the Banks.'
As for you:Your lack of knowledge of the sport of lacrosse is only surpassed by your obsession with cal .
I suspect you're a failure in life and jealous of cal who you feel is your better and trying to make him and the sport he participated in as useless as you seem to be.
