Low scoring affair. I'm going with the ISU score of 16-13 Hawks. Hoping Brown plays good mistake free football because that's what Iowa needs to win this one.
All 4 are passing plays, bringing the total number of Hawkeye passing attempts to 8.20-14 mich
Iowa gets ball back with 1:30 left and goes 4 and out
It’s not going to be a blowout either wayIf Iowa wins. It will be close. If Michigan wins in will be by more than 14.
That's not a prediction. Put a score out there skippy. If Iowa wins. It will be close. If Michigan wins in will be by more than 14.
Gotta be the most physical team on the field.
C'mon guys. Do you really need written instructions? What's your predictions??Michigan dorks seem to believe that this may be the easiest game on their schedule so far, as they continue to base their knowledge of Iowa solely on the Brian years. This is going to be a low scoring, 2 yards and a cloud of dust type game where field position is everything. If Iowa wins the turnover battle, they will likely win. They are the cleaner and more disciplined team. The question is, can Hank Brown perform well? First true road game and he has not been pressured this year. If he turns the ball over on an interception or strip sack, the Hawks will be in serious trouble.
Keys to the game:
-Field position
-Special teams
-Turnover battle
The guys will need to play a near perfect game. The defense will need to limit the run and keep Underwood in check and force him to throw. Frustrate him early and let the defense feast on his nervousness and let him make bad decisions. Don't let him get comfortable.
This is a game that will really tell us where the team is at. Iowa State is always a **** show because they're desperate to beat us and Kirk never has the guys ready in early September. The two other teams we've played are nobodies. This may be the only game we win until we head up to Minnesota in week 8, which is a scary thought.

You know who stares down his receivers more than Hank Brown?Brown staring down his target catches up to him in this one. I’m afraid he has two turnovers and that’s enough to seal it I a close one - Michigan 16, Iowa 9.
