This should be a day of remembrance, sympathy, empathy...unfortunately there are actors that push deep state theories, make it geopolitical. On this 25th anniversary, it feels like there has been more of an emphasis on sharing personal stories: Courageous acts by first responders, relatives of those who perished, and children who are now adults whose parents never came home. Probably the most important thing we can do to teach the next generation….sharing those personal stories.
I don’t know what you’re watching but I haven’t seen or heard any of that today in speeches at the various sites. This should be a day of remembrance, sympathy, empathy...unfortunately there are actors that push deep state theories, make it geopolitical.
Such as yourself. Leave your weirdo political crap off here. This should be a day of remembrance, sympathy, empathy...unfortunately there are actors that push deep state theories, make it geopolitical.
I am apolitical. I dont push trope theories based on religious/political sway group think.Such as yourself. Leave your weirdo political crap off here.
I saw part of a show about some kids who were at Stuyvacent HS in Manhattan on 9/11. A bunch of kids of Asian and middle-east heritage were walking on the West Side Highway, trying to figure out how to get home. A man yells at them - their group included a girl in a habib, "go back to were you came from" and a kid says, "we are, we're trying to get to Queens".It is so politcal. Some family member statements this morning wow. The US population has bred a quarter century of Islamaphobia tropes about Arabs/Muslims, foreigners/immigrants. And a majority of people endorse it.
CBS did a piece with Andrew card and the teacher from the florida school.Who knows where George W Bush ends up on the history lists? No one else is US history had to face something like 911.
At 2 monstrously huge moments for my beloved country, he stepped up and gave us exactly what our country, and we citizens craved. And needed. First, his visit and speech at Ground Zero. Then the strike he threw at Yankee Stadium. Two memories that I will always cherish.

Nah you don’t push trope theories. Take your medicine old man. You’re senileThink about this there is no outcry for evangelicals or Christian conservatives to stay away from OKC but months of sham rhetoric about the current mayor of nyc. Meanwhile the mayor of nyc on 9.11 kept a command post at wtc when it was advised not to. Lied to citizens about the safety/health quality of the air.

I am quite lucid, many far older than me on this space.Nah you don’t push trope theories. Take your medicine old man. You’re senile
Just do a google search......There is an element of the Muslim world that want to take over the US. They Would like to conquer Europe. This is not Islamophobia. This is also not saying all Muslims want this. But it is reality.
US official and unofficial geopolitical diplomatic policies post WWII is the root cause for everything and every person that has perished due to international terrorism and conflicts since 1945.It seems like yesterday and not 25 years ago when the streets of downtown turned into grey ash that covered everything. Almost 3000 people perished that day. It was heartbreaking to see people jump from the building. The shock of seeing the building I worked in WTC 2 collapse before me. Out of the horror was the togetherness of Americans in the days , weeks and months after. Everyone in NYC was trying to help each other. A togetherness that seems so far ago.
But the death toll was not over that day Tens of thousands died from breathing in the WTC dust. The after effects have lasted decades. I am one of those people that whose health was probably affected from breathing in the dust after the collapse and returning to work two blocks away from the site for an additional 6 months.
The impact of that day should never be forgotten. Every day American should know that there are people who want to destroy this country. There is an element of the Muslim world that want to take over the US. They Would like to conquer Europe. This is not Islamophobia. This is also not saying all Muslims want this. But it is reality.
