Different year. Same result. Play tough in the first half, and then give up as soon as they score in the second half. And every year, we think it'll be different. But nope. Even with our absolute best defensive effort in a long time. I mean, that run defense was amazing. I'm anxious to see what #3 had, because he came in averaging around 250. He didn't get loose at all tonight. But we couldn't contain the qb when he took off to the sideline. He was the difference. Oh well.

NGL I really thought this game would be closer. A lot of cougar faithful on other social media apps believed this was the year they'd get Tarboro. Good luck going forward
That long touchdown pass tarboro scored on before half you could see the energy disappear from swe after that happened.

just my opinion, from the outside looking in it seems like the Southwest program lost its identity and all excitement after the Cobb’s left. That post-Cobb era hire was extremely important and I think the administration whiffed on it.
Raymond had that program in a strong place and his son did good keeping it going, but then the next coach basically changed everything and the program just hasn’t recovered.
Anybody in here that can tell me was BT Washington of Rocky Mount &/or Darden Wilson good football teams back in the day
