There is nothing. And I mean nothing you can take away from this game tonight. This is pretty much a good high school team. We know nothing till after next week.
to throw a 70 yard td
Hoping that was the last game action he sees tonight.
Jesus. He just “flicked” that bi+ch 50 yards.
As a former coach, this is just not true.
Exactly. We now have 48 points, just after the half, and should not be pursuing records. Why take the risk of losing him and others for the season?
Put the backups in, not only QB but everybody else as well.
There's the deep pass I wanted. 60 yards in the air, effortless.
We're going too. Problem is ULM won't be there. They're horribly bad. They would struggle in the SWAC.
Absolutely you can. Take our best teams ever, how did we look against cupcakes, even swac teams... Never this good.
Everyone’s favorite coach Dan Mullen often struggled against crappy non conference opponents. Remember we trailed UMass at halftime two years in a row.
Coaches rarely play subs this early even in blowouts. Can’t send the team the message the game is over. I agree with this. I hope he’ll be out by about 20 minutes remaining.
I didn’t see it. White hat adding to the penalty totals so it doesn’t look gaudy when they hose us later on in league play
I keep hearing all these announcers saying that K1 is our highest rated QB ever. I'm guessing that's just based on the star ratings that we didn't start seeing until the late 90's, early 2000's. However, based on the hype the highest rated QB recruit we ever had was Rodney Hudson out of LaGrange, GA in around 91 or 92 in the JWS years. Kid never panned out.
That’s my point. I think we’ll truly find out what we’re made of next weekend.
No matter what any of the talking heads say about the new helmet logos, just know that they are fire.
This is why coaches keep starters in after halftime. In this game it’s ok to bring backups in when we did. But this is why they’re not starters.
The ULM helmets, on the other hand, I can’t figure out what in the high holy living 17 is going on with that design at all.
