I can't believe people just willingly give up paper tickets and expect everyone else to fall in line and do the same. Not everyone has a smart phone, and requiring one is an extra charge/fee that is frankly illegal, and yes there are lawsuits in the works elsewhere but I don't think they'll gain traction. Basically, if a consumer buys a ticket its the responsibility of the seller to get them the ticket, not the responsibility of the consumer to get the ticket.
Also, maybe they should play more real opponents instead of dumping Tennessee. The tv argument I believe is overblown. The diluted opponents and home schedule is not talked about near enough.
