Small town grocery stores back in the day were small, shelf space limited, items carried subjective to store manager preferences and volume turns. Boo Berry wasn't good enough.
Oh, yeah… I forgot that one.
I said what I said. So @el dub apparently had a larger town grocery store or his days didn't go that far back.

Excuse me, but this is a cereal thread now
70's Captain Crunch with Crunchberries and 2 liter Dr. Pepper were my go to buys after making money mowing or shoveling. Parents could not find it in the budget.

So after reading the thread i picked up a box at the store and was sorely disappointed. I felt like someone added water to my favorite bourbon. Taste buds remember.

Anything I made went straight into an arcade game or pop machine for a nice cold glass bottle of Mtn Dew.

It IS funny though. My wife and I were just having the conversation with our kids that they will NEVER, and their kids will never understand the sheer joy of getting up on a Saturday morning to watch cartoons with your favorite bowl of cereal.

We'd get what? a solid 2 hours, our parents got to sleep in, and we got stuffed to the gills with ads to guilt our parents into buying toys.
A few days and several pages of cereal talk later and not 1 person asked for pictures. Get it together cesspool. You've lost focus.

The reason a lot of military members make a big run at the commissary is because they're living paycheck to paycheck and military gets paid twice a month.

If one wrestler in Starocci had more individual titles than the last 15 years of Iowa's high school recruiting classes had for Iowa combined, I'd turn the recruiting thread into a discussion about breakfast cereal also.
Once upon a time there was an enchanted eastern kingdom, ruled by King Carl, whose mercenary warriors never lost and whose humble peasants left the humble out of peasant. THE END. :)

No one has cried more about PBP than ole Redbird. Who was absolutely outstanding at doing it then cried like little B if someone dared post something before he did.
Redbird was absolutely the best PBP guy. I didn’t like it when people posted results prior to his PBP either. He may have gotten a little more upset than he could have, but I miss his PBPs.

I heard TnT's favorite is a bowl of nails and paid iowa hater tears for breakfast, while chugging a red bull and listening to conspiracy theory podcasts.
