Anyhoot, the DOJ was filing J6 charges almost immediately...seven people were charged on Jan 13, 2021, and by March 2022, more than 775 people had been arrested and charged in connection with the Capitol riots. By June 2023, DOJ said more than 1k people had been charged, including nearly 350 charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement. But no big deal, right?
I digress...if you're claiming "100s" of people were imprisoned for 4 years without charges can you please provide the names or documentation? I think you'll find several defendants remained in custody while their cases worked through the courts which isn't the same thing.
