That takes me back to the good old Tubby days.
You must have fonder memories of the tubby days than I do ,lol .
Well I was in high school. I mean more of the time period and he had some good teams. At least it was the real college team age.

Looked him up and was ad of Birmingha southern, but Birmingham southern was also sold in 2026 to the army??

Good guy. Always very positive. Loved UK.
Was an assistant on the best UK title team. Had to love that season.
RIP. Many fond memories of him and Brando calling UK games. I remember my dad used to roll his eyes when he would channel Joe Sr. with the “string music”, lol. But he was always positive and championed the SEC as a basketball conference.
Great SEC basketball family. My father ( a KY high school coach at the time) introduced me to Joe Sr at a UK game when I was a kid. A true Southern gentleman. I talked to Joe Jr about memories of his father at SEC tournament one year. Another nice guy. RIP
I’ll admit,I do have some great memories from that time.Both UK basketball and personal ,lol.

Another voice from my youth gone. Cawood, Pratt, Joe Nuxhall (Reds), etc. are deceased, but the replays play on.
When we eventually lose Tom Leach to retirement or worse, it's going to really hit hard.

One of my best friends played his freshman year for him at BSC. Not very good stories, crazy hot head and would go off at anytime
