Kent Hull should have been, but Fletcher Cox has a great chance
Fletcher Cox. He won’t make it on first ballot but I think he’s in easy.

I think Fletcher makes it, Chris Jones and Jeff Simmons have paths to make it as well. Chris may already be there, but Jeff needs a few more years of high production which I believe he will do. Jeff will get dinged though for being part of bad Titans franchise

I don’t know if he’ll be first, but CJ is getting to lock level. The most dominant defender on the best team of an era is hard to deny Canton.
Kent Hull not making it is a sad statement. He was so worthy. Fletcher Cox should make it. But who knows on him. If not then probably Chris Jones.
Chris Jones is a lock to make it. Three Super Bowl rings, three time First Team All-Pro, three time Second Team All-Pro, holds the NFL record for most consecutive games with a sack. If those numbers don’t get you in to Canton, I don’t know what will.
Those other guys will hopefully all be first, but Dak is currently only a couple hundred yards from being in the Top 30 all time passers. I'm not saying he's a lock at all, but there is a chance for him as well if he keeps playing and moves up that list. Seems like a generational QB for the Cowboys will always get consideration anyway.
If he wins a Super Bowl, absolutely

I think Dak has to win a Super Bowl to get in. Stupid. But that’s the way it is. Only QBs since the 1970s in the HOF without a ring are Kelly, Tarkenton & Marino. And the all at least made it to a Super Bowl.

Dak is an interesting one. I think he's a Super Bowl appearance or Super Bowl away. Would be an interesting conversation for the QB that holds all of Dallas' records to not be in the HOF

Tangent: I am never going to be not mad that Jeff Kent is in the HOF and Will Clark isn't. I don't care what the numbers say. Guess which of those two is still having t-shirts and jerseys sold in the team store at the stadium? It's not the HOFer.
