He's lucky. A first time in Pennsylvania with no injuries to another person and no property damage is well over $2K.
Not true. I shoot a +35 or worse every single time I golf and have never once gotten a DUI.

Romo should have said his dad was a cop. My friend got pulled over 3x in one night and the cops let him go 3X.
My late Uncle was a District Magistrate. That helped for a few people in our family.
First thought, only thought, last thought after watching all of that. Romo seems like a really good guy. Always love when he is doing the 4:25 pm game and that next cocktail is more enjoyable than the first.
He would make for an excellent neighbor. Hope the network is kind.
I agree with all of the above, however having a 40 year old child with drinking problem and living in Retirement Village where 8 of 10 scheduled community activities have an alcohol theme there comes a time of accountability and reset .
Great broadcaster -- very insightful during his games. Hope he learns a lesson.
Good grief!! Why is this even news? Why did they release the bodycam footage? Do they release body cam footage of all DUIs? Also, a friend mentioned this was predictable in Wisconsin because everyone is drunk all the time in Wisconsin.

the very likely alcohol use disorder is the problem here, the open container is a symptom., When someone is pulled over for DUI they have usually been driving drunk many times before. Wonder if his drinking is an issue behind scenes at CBS
