Report I read said the "victim" declined to press charges.
Waste of money and the victim didn't want to press charges. So a pregnant woman and the unborn baby get roughed up. No biggie.
Didn’t say it was no biggie . Just saying what the DA probably saw . It sounded like a few scratches where the swimsuit was ripped.i don’t believe there was any evidence of her getting hit or knocked down. Nelson is a POS for doing anything to his pregnant girlfriend but without her pressing it there probably was only going to be a small fine and like it or not a DA will tell you that’s a waste of time and money.
Did they actually get roughed up? You can’t deduce much from what the police report says.

There's my point. Remember too, the woman is pregnant with his kid. I don't give two ***** if she flirted with a guy or was late getting ready. That's no excuse.
