And decided to get behind the wheel/channel his inner Chis. How many times has this drunk run into people and attempted to flee the scene now? You'd think a guy worth hundreds of millions thanks to insider trading wouldn't have to worry about covering the costs of some fender benders but obviously he had bigger concerns than destroying other people's property.
