Nah, the guy who presented most wasn't you. Lighten up.what are you babbling on about?
what 'insiders' are running around spreading rumors?
i said on the show that i heard it was a dead guy's car. other than that - the rest of what you seem to be attributing to me, i said opposite even though they were all the prevailing rumors.
except that it wasn't AJ's car. b/c it wasn't. so stop spreading disinformation
and Mineo didn't (from what i can see) post anything in regarding to AJ. (you can probably guess why)
you got an axe to grind or something?
You aren't as smart as you think you are, and don't know me.98lber aspires to Clorby-level water carrying for AJ and the Ferraridiots.
I’m not a lawyer, and did not watch the video, but my initial thought was that anyone in her situation should not be answering any questions without her own lawyer present. Especially with all of the external stuff that went down the last time AJ was accused of a similar crime.
One question, does it normally take two months for charges to be filed in domestic assault & battery cases?
No. Typically comes with a pfa pretty quick or a do not contactI’m not a lawyer, and did not watch the video, but my initial thought was that anyone in her situation should not be answering any questions without her own lawyer present. Ah - I should have clarified. My guess is the end result is this gets dropped criminally and settled civilly after she separately sues him. Much like his initial SA case.A settlement presumes she sues him, and she still might, but his immediate problem is potential charges, so perhaps you meant a plea deal, though a plea deal wouldn't result in any payout.
The one good thing her interview does is put pressure on the DA to charge Ferrari, though I'm sure they'd have preferred a more deliberate rollout.
Can't fix stupid.
Are talking about AJ?What some people will do for clicks is wild
In Nebraska domestic charges are picked up even if the victim decides not to pursue it. Also as of 10 min ago no warrant has been issued for AJAh - I should have clarified. Though this accuser seems willing to go on the stand considering she just publicly did an interview but it'll definitely be a stressful situation especially since AJ's attorney has her initial interview.
Curious where the paper got the information from then?In Nebraska domestic charges are picked up even if the victim decides not to pursue it. Also as of 10 min ago no warrant has been issued for AJ

Saw few articles that said active warrant not sure where they're seeing that as of 2 min ago no warrant was issued. It even said Lancaster county in the news![]()
Keep refreshing every few minutes until Monday. I was told they don't take the 4th of July off in Nebraska.

I agree first time domestic violence usually ends up with probation and classes with reduced charges. My opinion is you should do at least 90 days and take classes while you sit and think about what you did.
Yeah. Eugenics is cruel and unusual. For AJ, they should make an exception and allow it.Can't fix stupid.
I never said it was a misunderstanding I said no warrant was issued yet that I can see .Oh, well, then it’s all probably just a silly misunderstanding, right?
Even the most unhinged posters over on your board can’t abide by this.
The alleged strangulation with unconsciousness is a big deal, at least on how it is prosecuted in San Diego county. If that allegation is proven and AJ is convicted of it, I would not be you surprised at all to see some jail time, although I have no idea how Nebraska handles such allegations.I never said it was a misunderstanding I said no warrant was issued yet that is can see .
I don't care who agrees with me. Also most first time domestic violence situations end up with no jail time and classes . @District 4 can probably explain it more since he spent years teaching these classes
You dared to question the great Uncle Fester of wrestling and thought you'd get away with it??? There are two absolute truths in wrestling and they are:Nah, the guy who presented most wasn't you. Lighten up.
I wrote nothing inaccurate even as my tongue was in my cheek.

I wouldn't even have watched, if the Baschmania link wasn't posted here. And I only alluded to the dead man's car as a result of watching and seeing how even Willie was caught up and appeared to feel compelled to mention it.You dared to question the great Uncle Fester of wrestling and thought you'd get away with it??? There are two absolute truths in wrestling and they are:
1. Uncle Fester has never been wrong or made a mistake
2. See #1
Well for starters in PA almost every county has a different policy in regards to domestic violence treatment. Only if an individual gets a state sentence to mandatory requirements take hold. I sat on the policy board in clinton county to try and make it reasonable as some men get caught up in a he said she said with no evidence. In those cases there is no incarceration but the individual has to complete treatment which is 26 weeks before charges are dropped. As for aj and his case, i never really heard of a warrant being issued unless someone didn't show for a hearing. Either they get arrested on the spot or they don't. Another explanation would be the assault was reported after the fact and then a warrant was issued or aj wasn't there when law enforcement arrived which would explain the warrant but does not explain the amount of time the event took place and the warrant. I'm with Corby i have no idea until further information comes outI never said it was a misunderstanding I said no warrant was issued yet that I can see .

That's the weird part. In PA he would have been incarcerated immediately it's the law and then posted bail under certain conditions. This whole case makes no sense whatsoeverThe alleged strangulation with unconsciousness is a big deal, at least on how it is prosecuted in San Diego county. If that allegation is proven and AJ is convicted of it, I would not be you surprised at all to see some jail time, although I have no idea how Nebraska handles such allegations.

All active warrants are listed on the Lancaster website. As of 2am he still isn't listed as having an active warrant that's the last time the system updated. My guess is something will show up this week![]()
Former Nebraska wrestler charged with assaulting, strangling pregnant woman
A Nebraska wrestler faces charges of strangling a pregnant woman and refusing to let her leave.Albert “AJ” Ferrari, 25, is charged in Lancaster County Court witnebraska.tv
"A warrant for Ferrari’s arrest was issued Thursday. He has yet to be arrested."
Perhaps he already turned himself in and posted bail? All active warrants are listed on the Lancaster website. As of 2am he still isn't listed as having an active warrant that's the last time the system updated. My guess is something will show up this week
No record of an arrest and those have been updated. Maybe no more warrants have been added since Thursday which would be odd but possible. I just said I think something will happen this weekPerhaps he already turned himself in and posted bail?
Or perhaps none listed are new since before it was issued?
But if you think there wasn’t one and the articles just made it up, okay.
Corky be like:Perhaps he already turned himself in and posted bail?

Is it odd? The warrant was issued Thursday. Friday was a federal holiday. Typically Saturday and Sunday come after Friday. No record of an arrest and those have been updated. When don’t Saturday and Sunday follow Friday? Is it odd? The warrant was issued Thursday. Friday was a federal holiday. Typically Saturday and Sunday come after Friday.
She confirmed in the interview that Nebraska knew. She said she is friends with one of the other wrestlers girlfriend and that woman contacted her when she deleted the engagement announcement and she told her the story. That would have been early May.I'm thinking Nebraska had wind of all of this and parted ways theres no way that **** wasn't known by people close to aj
