I couldn’t remember a second Texas charge, and neither could Grok. Can you make sure there is a second Texas incident?

So, what I see is he has one for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. This stems from an incident around October 14, 2025, in Allen, Texas. He was indicted on January 15, 2026, and had a court appearance scheduled (initially February 6, later rescheduled).
Two separate incidents.
Two separate indictments. Both similar charges.
One case from January (the one you mention) One from April. Both separately indicted. cases were consolidated but two separate pending third degree felonies in Collin County Texas. Next court date July 16. Gotta think with four separate incidents…all felonies…his luck (and dad’s connections) may have run out.

How come the would be insiders spread so much disinformation?

I have to give credit to Mineo for not throwing out BS, like AJ crashed into a ditch, AJ was caught on foot, maybe it wasn't AJ's car, they used drones in the AJ incident, and it was a dead man's car.

But they sure were fun rumors while they lasted.
what are you babbling on about?

what 'insiders' are running around spreading rumors?

i said on the show that i heard it was a dead guy's car. other than that - the rest of what you seem to be attributing to me, i said opposite even though they were all the prevailing rumors.

except that it wasn't AJ's car. b/c it wasn't. so stop spreading disinformation ;)

and Mineo didn't (from what i can see) post anything in regarding to AJ. (you can probably guess why)

you got an axe to grind or something?

98lber aspires to Clorby-level water carrying for AJ and the Ferraridiots.

Something just occurred to me. Remember the incident where he fired an AR-15 out of his car in OK? If he is charged with domestic violence in the latest incident, he just might be prohibited from having any firearms. He’ll have to surrender any that he owns and any future possession will be a felony.

Sounds like he should be prohibited access to guns, cars, AND women!

He should have stuck to the barbells and to wrestling!

That wasn't AJ, it was Anthony allegedly.

AJ had a video where he was firing an AR at night blindly into some sort of empty field - as if bullets just harmlessly fall to the ground if you can’t see where you’re shooting.
With a name like Lil Nicky Scarfo night shooting isn't foreign to you in Bergen county 😁

This is where the old board archive would've come in handy. Because I'm not drudging thru 4-5 years of Ferrrari's tweets to find that video, but could've fairly easily searched the old board for it.

Nobody doubts that Fredo might have done the same, but the video in question was Albert emerging from an apartment in Stillwater, opening up his trunk, and firing into a supposedly empty field at night. And given the size difference, 50+ lb, it definitely was not Fredo in that particular video.

is there a 30-secnd summary?
I’ll take a go at it:

He allegedly dragged her off the bed, she hit her head on the floor, then he sat on her (pregnant) stomach and choked her unconscious.

She said she is aware of the other assault allegation at OSU, and aware the woman was allegedly bullied into dropping charges. She is keeping the baby and won’t be bullied. She needs to see this to completion and make sure he is charged because it will be important in any future custody case. She said if they have to go to court, it will be a long time from now, maybe a year.

Did anyone else find the additional Taye Ghadiali story interesting?

Here's what was claimed
1. AJ told Taye he wanted to pray after the Big Ten finals with him, Taye agreed
2. After the match, Taye decided it was way too much showmanship (probably since he won) and said "Let's do it in the back if it really matters to you"
3. AJ is furious he didn't get the headline he clearly wanted and verbally abuses Taye for having a kid out of wedlock (ironic) at weigh ins on the last day

She probably shouldn't have done the interview, but the guy interviewing her is a total DB! If he doesn;t want her to tell her story he shouldn't have had her on his show.

As a lawyer and occasionally a journalist this was maddening to watch. She mentions having gotten legal advice but that if she sticks to the facts she'll be okay. No! Don't talk to anyone! FFS. And especially don't talk to this clown, who clearly shouldn't be sitting in the journalist-interviewing-an-alleged-victim chair. The District Attorney must be losing his/her mind right now. Even if her story doesn't change, providing 20+ minute-long interviews alleging facts that will be key to convicting Ferrari opens so many doors to the defense to parse and key in on minor inconsistencies. She's just gifting the defense inroads to acquitting.

Which isn't to say that I doubt her story--she sounds sincere and the story does have a ring of truth, inasmuch as it doesn't feel structured for maximum adverse impact, and she's pretty relaxed telling it. But no matter, she shouldn't be giving any interviews at all.

I had a feeling during that interview yesterday that this is going to end with a settlement (likely for custody of the baby and some monetary payout)

Not to mention the dorky fanboy idiots flooding the livestream comments with one brain cell between them. Unbelievable.

I’m not a lawyer, and did not watch the video, but my initial thought was that anyone in her situation should not be answering any questions without her own lawyer present. Especially with all of the external stuff that went down the last time AJ was accused of a similar crime.

One question, does it normally take two months for charges to be filed in domestic assault & battery cases?

A settlement presumes she sues him, and she still might, but his immediate problem is potential charges, so perhaps you meant a plea deal, though a plea deal wouldn't result in any payout.

The one good thing her interview does is put pressure on the DA to charge Ferrari, though I'm sure they'd have preferred a more deliberate rollout.
